We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Software Developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building high-quality software, and contributing to architectural decisions in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field

* Minimum 8 years of professional backend software development experience

* Strong expertise in Java and backend development

* Solid experience with microservice architectures

* Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven systems

* Strong knowledge of Redis

* Strong experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API development

* Experience designing scalable, high-availability distributed systems

* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern software engineering practices

* Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in fintech, capital markets, or investment systems

* Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

* Experience with system performance optimization and observability tools

Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs

* Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions

* Build high-performance, reliable, and maintainable software solutions

* Collaborate closely with architecture teams and product owners

* Contribute to improving engineering practices, code quality, and development processes

* Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers

* Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance

* Participate in the evolution of our platform towards modern distributed architectures
